Toilet troopers were used by Darth Vader and Palpy to raid public toilets when ever they needed to go. Training was stopped in 1 ABY because Palpy was constipated and saw no further use for them. This caused mass unemployment until Jabba Desilijic Tiure hired them all and used them as rancor food.
Toilet troopers were probably the most under appreciated part of the Imperial army due to the fact that they were a secret division commanded by the Emperor himself.
