RC-1140, who was nicknamed Fixer, but who preferred to be called RC-1140, was a very, very, very, very boring clone trooper who was part of Delta Squad. He was the only clone in the group without a personality.
Well, that's not entirely true. He did have a weird habit of speaking l33t when slicing computer systems, bragging about his "l33t hax0r skillz."
