Mid Rim

The Mid Rim was a region of the galaxy. While the name implies that it is the middle rim of the galaxy, it wasn't exactly the middle rim of the galaxy, so the name was essentially false advertising, but we really don't need to go around spreading that information. Truthfully, the only worthwhile thing about the Mid Rim was that Nabooboo and Kashyyyk (both of which were among those special planets in the Star Wars mythos that Darth Lucas had a a crush on) were located there. Other than that, the entire region served little importance, aside from adding extra depth to what was already quite a large conglomerate of celestial objects.
