GenoHaradan

The GenoHaradan were a highly secretive sect of bounty hunters and assassins whose "purpose" was to perpetuate the continued existence of the Galactic Republic. Kind of like these guys, but far, far more bloodthirsty, and without any sort of official sanction whatsoever. The members of the GenoHaradan did, however, have super top-secret gear that was only available to them; perhaps they pulled this equipment out from their own arses, who knows.

History

In any case, during the Jedi Civil War they attempted to recruit Darth Revan, who did their bidding—at first. When he realized that the Rodian who had brought him in, Hulas, had used him like a meat puppet to clear out the leadership of the organization so he could take over, Revan did not like this one bit. He challenged the runt to a duel, to take place on Tatooine, but Hulas, the dirty scat, brought friends. Though Revan destroyed them all, Hulas managed to escape.

Years later, presumably under the same leadership, the GenoHaradan attempted to move in on the Jedi Exile, to their cost. The ex-Jedi and lesbian, so pissed off at all these idiots wanting to kill her, PWNed the entire lot, blowing up their headquarters in the basement of the Jekk'Jekk Tarr cantina on Nar Shaddaa. That was presumably the end of the organization...for now...
