Dork Lords of the Sith were the so-called "Dark Lords" of the Sith from Darth Bane to Darth Krayt. They weren't consider Sithy enough by the True Sith to be considered Dark Lords.
History
You can't expect much. Instead of destroying planets, they wrote song and tried to brainwash people with their music. The first piece of crap that they wrote was Beat-Boxing Vader, and a lot more soon followed.
