Darth Confusion was not another Sith Mega-Super-Overlord, and yet at the same time he was. Because of this and many other facts—that are not really facts—pertaining to Darth Confusion, he was and was not considered the "most confusingly-simplistic thing in the universe that has never existed within the universe". In other words, he was what he wasn't.
He was thought to have inadvertently coined the term "oxymoron."
