Csilla

Csilla was the homeworld of the Chiss. At some point in their history, it was affected by an ice age, which covered the entire planet in...ice.

Because of its frequent ice storms, the Chiss thought it would be a good idea to handwrite everything they knew about the galaxy in a vast library. How this would better protect their knowledge from the storms is unknown, but it is suspected that the real reason is to make reverting edits more difficult.
